Our research shows that with video and supporting commentary users gain new insights into their performance. CeMeE provides multi media management through a simple drag and drop process. Video, photos, text, pdf, and files collected can be drag and dropped to the required performance description. We have recently begun trialling CeMeE in our school and I am very excited by the potential of CeMeE to streamline our data collection processes. The app is extremely easy for teachers to use to collect assessment data and the website presents this data in a range of different, informative reports that can reveal assessment data for an individual student or for the entire school. Through using CeMeE to collect our assessment data, the alignment between our curriculum intent, teaching, assessment processes and data collection become very clear. The flexibility of this program will allow us as a school to create data collection tools to collect data around any number of assessable items for students and staff alike. Chris has worked with our staff in a collaborative and supportive approach to develop the app to meet our school’s individual requirements.
